THANK YOU to all the supporters of the Music For Change concert and campaign.

 

Due to your participation and the money raised we can make the following impact in the East Timor community through PLAN in 2011:

- Assist district community radio to carry out mobile music/theatre recordings eg traditional music to CD for sale.  

- Support mobile screenings in remote villages of youth-produced films on important issues.

 - Train youth in conflict resolution, gender, child protection and sexual and reproductive health. 


- Assist youth groups to start civic participation activities. These are initiatives designed by young people that will benefit the whole community, such as the construction of sports facilities and community meeting places.

Plan’s youth participation programs in Timor-Leste include supporting music groups for young people.


All proceeds went directly to Plan International Australia to help transform the world for children.
